Subject: Arrest of Cressida

Details: Cressida was spotted bymyself in the Keg and Anchor Tavern. As I approached her, I announced that she was being placed under arrest. She attempted to flee and was successful. Several members of the RG were arriving, and at their lead Grand Marshall Piper. After informing the GM that I was executing an arrest warrant, Cressida was spotted outside. Chase gave way. Cressida dodged persuers, and initiated an attack on myself from several locations i could not reach. Eventually, the RG members detained Cressida. When I reached the scene it became apparant that Cressida was not disarmed, as she attacked me. In accordance with your order, I used appropriate force in apprehending her. I then stated to her that she was being taken into my custody. The Grand Marshall protested. Several lower rank RG also interupted. I attempted to inform them all that under Martial law and being the senior (and only) Member of the Trinisc Guard, I held jurisdiction. Again, the Grand Marshall protested, and took Cressida into custody and transported her to the Yew Prison. I am officially requesting that you add to the list of crimes in Trinsic that Cressida faces to include:
A. Resisting Arrest
B. Assulting an officer of the Trinsic Guard
C. Assulting an officer in the performance of Duties.

All I will say on this matter, for right now, is I do agree
those charges should be added to her list of crimes. As I witnessed these crimes myself. I will submit a full report later today on the arresst.

I thank you for your report.
It would appear that you were attempting to perform your duty as a superior officer of the Territory of Trinsic.
Why the RG chooses at this time to override the local govenment of Trinsic is a mystery to myself.
The initial arrest warrant issued by Trinsic against Cressida is quite clear in its detail.
The arrest warrant that was issued to the RG is at best quite vague as to just exactly what it is they are arresting her for.
I shall withhold further statement on the matter until such time that GM Piper issues a full report on this incident.

I have issued a request to Grand Marshal Piper to turn the person known as Cressida over to the local authority in the Territory of Trinsic so that she can be properly charged and tried for crimes against Trinsic.
At the present time I can do nothing else short of calling up the guard and taking her from Yew by force.
At present I would most likely drop all charges against Cressida before taking such drastic actions.
