I received this letter from IronHorse this morning:

IronHorse Request:
That in the event that Cressida is apprehended by the RG that she be turned over to the Trinsic authorities to stand trial In Trinsic for the Capitol offense of the use of Blackrock and the dark magic spells that use Blackrock.

She shall stand trial in Trinsic and if found guilty shall be punished according to the Laws in effect in Trinsic at the time of this offense.
IronHorse is willing to allow the Hct to oversee such a trial.

If the HC and the RG are receptive to these conditions then the City of Trinsic shall not send its own Trinsic Guard into other cities in the attempt to apprehend Cressida at this time.
However if Cressida is captured within the territory of Trinsic she will be dealt with by Trinsic alone without any outside influence.


If the HC and RG are not receptive to turning Cressida over to Trinsic to stand trial, then IronHorse will not guarantee that undercover units will not be deployed within other cities with the intention of Trinsic Guard apprehending Cressida and returning her to trinsic for Punishment.

I feel that not being receptive to the request made by Trinsic could create strained relationships between Trinsic and the HC. I do not want to see Marshal Law to become even more severe in Trinsic.
