Tiberius sat on the floor that would soon become the lighthouse of this new Port Baldmor outpost.
He was looking out at the sea and enjoying the sound of the tide breaking on the shoreline when he happened to look over to the docks. There she was again, she looked so familiar but he couldn’t put a finger on it.

As Franklen went about his task Tiberius began thinking once again about Magincia. Daemon’s attacking. But why? Swarming out of the temple at Fire Island he could understand. But what did they want with Magincia? He was going to loose a lot of good people in the upcoming battles. Many would be friends, others, well he wouldn’t even know there names. Something he hated admitting. But he also knew he could not know everybody in the Navy, it was a pretty big outfit after all, but the one thing he always did after a battle he would walk through the dead and would put a name to every body and he would remember those names until the day he passed from this realm.

Eva this is Lord Clearcastle. Said Franklen snapping Tiberius out of his revere.

At the same moment Bullseye came up. He stopped looked around and then. Said Commodore here are the reports you asked for and Captain Greyylene checked in. she said that the attacks on Pax Oku are slowing and once they have stopped she will bring 5 ships to Port Baldmor to meet up with you.

No tell her to go right to Magincia and to stay at least 2 leagues off the coast.

Tiberius said without ever taking his eyes from Eva, Bulls, Franklen, out!

Once they had left Tiberius turned back towards the ocean.

She never saw him move, between one blink and the next he was right in front of her with a knife at her throat.

Looking into the eyes of a face now ghost white Tiberius said, you have no idea what my mother went through to save my brothers and I, if I ever hear you speak of her that way again I will kill you where you stand!

Closing her eyes and taking a long slow breath she said through a very shaky voice I am sorry sir it will never happen again. And a blink later Tiberius was several feet away and the knife was gone.

I truly am sorry sir but she was the only mother I knew, and she just left me. She escaped the attack that killed your father I know that and she took you Clayton and D’Artagnan, and I though she like me but she never came back for me, I was given off to the orphanage and forgotten.

I don’t know about my mother, I never knew her, however Lord Clearcastle was me father.

Tiberius stared at her for a moment.

The teleported left him in the main office where Franklen and Bulls looked up.

Are you ok sir? Asked Franklen.

Yes however I do need help. Franklen go to Vesper and get my mother.

A few moments later Tiberius again stood on the roof.

No. the first thing you need to do is take a commission in the navy. Buds says you’re the best shipwright he has ever seen . So I would like to put you in charge of the shipwrights with the rank of Commander.
She blinked. What?

Take the position Eva. You were born to build and im putting you in charge of all of the navy’s building.

The teleported left them in the office once again. This time with three other men and a woman. She knew Lady Sarah and Clayton. The second man was obviously Tiberius’s twin D’Artagnan and the third she had no idea.

It was he who stepped up first with a smile on his face. It is nice to meet my sister I know you have been alone for many years but you have once again found your family.

She could hardly believe it as they all welcomed her back into the family.

All but one.

Lady Sarah watched with tears in her eyes as Eva walked over to her.

I never meant to leave you. I was trapped and by the time I could get to you, you were gone. I have never stopped looking.

With that final word both women burst into tears and embraced each other fiercely.

Eva Tiberius said quietly from behind her.

She slowly turned away from Lady Sarah.

Yes?

Waters just wont work anymore.
