My Mood:   | New Non-Participation Rule Passes The Council of Sin, in an attempt to keep it's positions filled with active members has passed the "non-participation rule". Non-Participation Rule If a member of the Council of sin misses 6 consecutive meetings they will be considered to have given-up their seat, due to a lack of interest. A member can be excused from a meeting [we all understand R/L issues come up], they just need to inform someone who will be attending the meeting, so that it goes on the record as excused. Regards,
