Vesper is surrounded by three provinces in which a governer has been appointed by the Baron of Vesper to govern these lands.
Each province will have its own militia lead by the governer, when a militiaman reaches the rank of Comrade, they may choose which province they wish to join or they may not join any at all but just stay with main Vesper. Even though the militiamen belonging to a province follow the governer, the Captain of the Militia is still in charge of the whole militia and will bring them all together when needed.

Background

The Province of Windenbourg have had its fair share of rough times. Many people

fled the lands when the war against Lord Blackthorn reigned. The people of

Windenbourg are used to hard work and knows that nothing comes free of charge.

Blood, swet and tears are a common word of speak in this land. Windenbourg is the

closest province to West Vesper, due to that they have a large amount of iron

types and a lots of miners working in the mount Kendall. The language of

Windenbourg is harsh and the habbitants, most of them atleast has little to no

honor in their life. These are the hard workers of Vesper. The citizens and

militia of vespers are used to see orcs roaming around the northern wilds.




The life in Windenbourg..

.. Is hard, when it is winter it is often very cold and during the summer time it

is often very hot insted. The people of the province are survivors by heart and

knows how to adapt in the most extreme relations.



Theme

Windenbourg aint a province of honor or riches. Their Town Folk mindset has

allowed them to feel free to do about anything they want. The people of

Windenbourg, both citizens and guards can be identified by a bronze doublet. But

only the guards may carry the vesperian red kilt, their way to show that they are

guards and not citizens.
