On the matter of Taxes:
Collections have been going well, with the exception of one location in the TeaRose District. A notice of Delinquency shall be sent to Judge Jupiter of the City Court concerning this matter. Take note....failure to address this matter promptly could result in multiple late fees and incarceration for an undetermined time.

City Council weekly Event:
Plans are in the works to continue this Event sponsored by the City Council for PaxOku. I am a bit confused if we are to hold it now on Monday nights, or still on Wednesday. Mayor Gareth, if you could send me word as to which night this is to take place, I would appreciate it.

TeaRose District/Okimoto Territory, update:
Although my home was captured by Daimyo Okimoto, he has allowed me to continue to live there. His motives for this are unclear at the moment, though I'm sure he has greater plans for the future, and the future of PaxOku. From what I have observed, a good portion of his troops have moved to the Southern border of PaxOku...perhaps this is an effort to flank the City for another attack. I shall keep a watchful eye, and report any new findings as they develope.
