Council Committees- A group of citizens working together for a common cause.The committees are non government positions. They are created by the citizens where they feel group work should be done. Something each person likes to do and or feels they should do to help the city. Each committee is different from one another. The Events (Com) brings ideas and fun things for the citizens and visitors to do in the city. While the Diplomacy (Com) works with other cities on projects such as alliances, events, community, communication and much more.

Chancellors

Is the leader and authority of a particular city-wide Chancellory. Is subordinate to the Mayor of the city. Decides primary vision and path for the Chancellor, with approval of the Mayor of the city. Defines, organizes, operates, and maintains the roles and operations of the Chancellory. Works with the similar Minister and similiar city Chancellors as a cohesive group.

Appointed by the Mayor.

The Power To War-
Deputy Mayor and Viceroy- Should the outpost that a viceroy is in charge of come under attack they have the right to defend themselves. They may use any Guard guild from PaxOku city to aid them. Viceroys are also granted the power to enlarge and control area around the Outpost.

The Power To Defend Other Cities-
Along with the power to War comes the Power to defend outside cities, Villages and Outposts. Should a Viceroy or D. Mayor wish to defend another area they will do so under their own banner. PaxOku city may not officially defend another city without the power of the Mayors office. (Unless) It is a statehood city.

The Power To Tax-

Viceroys are granted the power to tax any land inside of their own Outpost.

The Power To Create A Military-

Viceroys and the Deputy Mayor are granted the power to create or disband a military. They may only create or disband a military in their outpost or city. The military created does not need to be a neutral Military.

The Power To Amend, Suspend and Overrule-

The Viceroy, D. Mayor and City Council Chair have the power to amend, suspend and overrule Mayoral decisions, City laws and alliances. Should this body wish to enact this power it must be done with a Aye vote from all viceroys Deputy Mayor and Council Chair. Also open discussion must happen first from both sides before enacting.

(This power should only be used in severe cases)
(This power may be used to protect the city, its allies, its citizens and visitors if the Mayor is not present. Also contact the Governor in such cases.)

The Power to Suspend Citizenship-

Any government official has the power to suspend citizenship. PaxOku has an open door policy but will protect itself and its people. Should a citizen break and laws within the statehood or harm any other citizen verbaly or physcialy they may be suspended and asked to appear at a Statehood Trial
