Our apologies. We did not mean the 13th Legion would be apart of our city nor did we have the intention to ask. We figured building a small house within our city and not building a larger one somewhere else that you would want to live in our city.

Belonging to our city is different then living in it. To live in a city is just where you live. To be apart of it is to apply for your guild to join. To join individually you just ask.

We will do everything in our power to let the public know your home and guild is not apart of our city and to not include it in anything. (Which is unfortunate since you built on an ongoing roleplay spot for our well of souls. Guess we will have to move our RP spot.)

As for the ceded comment please know your history first before using that as a defense. Offensive feelings have been taken. As for the nature of the event you were not apart of. You may know something but, not all. Even when Nudu was built Winfield and I kept in direct contact and altho Nudu was a village it was still within the city of PaxOku. This comment you made I will never hold against you and if you have further questions or comments on the matter you may contact me directly.

We would not call you on a statement between your guild and Silvervale at anytime.

Should you need to contact me or the government of PaxOku on city affairs we do wish that you respect our government chain of command. Neira is the Viceroy of KIJUSTSU ANEI Village. You may contact her with any questions or comments you may have.

Altho you stand strong and say you are not apart of our city that does not change the fact that your building is within our city. BUT, that does not mean we own the land you are just Smack dab in the middle of our city.

(If you are indeed a roleplayer it is a roleplay city with boarders and we dont just change our borders because someone moved into a house spot. As with any real city just because you move into a house doesnt mean your building isnt located in a city. Just like building a home in Silvervale it is still within their city limits. If you wish to call our city "Not Valid" then we can move forward with what we need to do.)

*and one question I do have is: Why would you even build in our city to not reciginize our boarders? Is that not asking for problems?*
