Ok, Originally I posted this in the private forum but I thought it might be fun to make it a friendly challenge open to everyone, so here it is. The idea is that you start from scratch and see how many monsters you can kill solo from this list. This is on the honor system and it is just for kicks......ok and for bragging rights!

Adri If the bird phoenix is as tough to fight as Phoenix (NANOC's Better Half ), then I'm not looking forward to finding it. I thought half the fun of doing this would be tracking down the monsters and maybe seeing places that people haven't been to in awhile, or have never been to.

The trip into Ilsh was fun for me, the only places there I know well are mistas, gargoyle mining camp, and the gargoyle city....I was thinking a hunt in Ilsh might be fun!

I got a rune to the Phoenix cave if you want to try her out.
I think I'll take a look there now. (I lost a bet tonite and something with the name Phoenix would suit me just fine now)

I mean the NPC birdie that's like a swoop from hades. The last time I saw one must have been years ago. I dunno if they even still spawn.

The birds, if I remember, have an area fire attack, like ice eles with cold. If you stay away from it, it didn't aggro on you. Get too close however, and be prepared for a dirt nap. That is, unless they got nerfed too. They used to be one of the tougher critters in the game.
