Welcome to PaxOku City 13th Legion. We are glade to see you have built in our city. Anything you may need just ask. We have city council meetings every other Sunday.

I thought I might give you some information on where your building is located.

Your building is located within the Village of KIJUSTSU ANEI. It is located inside of PaxOku CIty. The Village itself has its own set of rules due to the fact it is a village for Necros, Murderers, Theives, Mercs, Pirates and darker path walkers.

Here is one decree written that might interest you

I, Gareth Lightenburg, Mayor of PaxOku, on July 1, 2007, do hereby Decree:
Kijustsu Anei Village of PaxOku is hear-by exempt from PaxOku City Law. As a district of Thieves, Rouges, Mercenaries, Undead, Orcs, Gargoyles and more it is vital to maintain peace within the city.

Signed on July 1, 2007 by Mayor Gareth Lightenburg.
Amended on August 20, 2007 to say Kijustsu Anei Village instead of VoidQueen District.

The adress for the plot of land is

(800 Monks Crossing, PaxOku City)

Greetings Lord Gareth, I apologize for taking so long to respond, but, as I am sure you know, there is much goings on in the realm at the moment.

I Thank You for your warm welcome, and I look forward to being your neighbor, but I feel compelled to clear up what appears to be a misunderstanding.

I see in your letter you mention "Your building is located within the Village of KIJUSTSU ANEI. It is located inside of PaxOku CIty."

I beg to differ, for though I have built on a spot that may have been a part of either the village or your city in the past, building there does not automatically make me part of your city, at this time.

In the past I believe you yourself ceded from the statehood and PaxOku for awhile, and ran your own village within PaxOku's established boundaries.....so there is a precedent.

Please do not take this as a slight, I just do not wish for the 13th to be tied to any city, at this time. Some may call me on that statement and say I have already tied the 13th to Silvervale. To clarify that, I am allied to "The Shadows of Silvervale (SoSV), not Silvervale itself.

Hopefully we will get the chance to talk more in person!
