Silvervale!!!

Silvervale is old City with a long History but unfortunaly it grows to a Ghost City…
A Curse went over this great City… alot good Mages, Warriors, Palladins and few brave people died by trying to remove the Curse… few start to leave the Town…

Now! Few Years later a bunch of Heros and Kids of Silvervale come back!
There try to bring Silvervale to new life, growing up again…

I am Darth Oni, the Mayor of Silvervale and the Guild Leader of SoSV (Shadows of Silvervale) and we are looking for Roleplayers! We are a group of people who like to Roleplay. We are looking for evil, good and neutral memebrs… the choice is yours on what you would like to be.

What is Roleplay?
Roleplaying is a particular form of gaming that adds spice and intrigue to the simple pixels and mechanics of our world based in Ultima Online. As a player, you interact and perform the traits and personality of your chosen character; be it a tough and disciplined guardsman, or a cocky and resourceful rogue.
It is important to remember that when you are roleplaying your character that nothing affect "you" (the player), other than enjoyment. Far too many times players rush out into the roleplaying world, and take things that happen to their characters "personally". You're not roleplaying if you're taking it personally.
Roleplay is indeed a mature form of gaming, and whoever you meet in this realm of adventure you will always respect them OOC (Out Of Character); we are, after all, "just friends" gaming together.

Principles
Here are some principles that apply to all Silvervale, and must be taken into consideration when roleplaying your character;

Line of Sight
Your character cannot see through walls, nor behind him/herself. In addition, your character cannot see "name tags" that float above the head of other characters' heads. It may be useful to switch off "show approaching player names"; however, not necessary.

Power Emoting
Power Emoting is not allowing the third party a chance to roleplay; in others, you already decide their fate (e.g. *kicks in head*, *knocks out*). It is preferred that you leave the other character(s) with options (e.g. *tries to kick in head*, *tries to knock out*). However, the only time when power emoting is "slightly" acceptable is when a prisoner is taken, as this character shall be so weakened that there is little they can do to fight back.

Party/ICQ Use
It’s is an excellent system to use when you need to tell another “one” something important OOC (e.g. "Afk! Someone's at the door!"). With the party/icq system there is no need for the notorious (brackets) talks, which considerably ruins the atmosphere when used. However, when on party/icq try to keep OOC chatter to a minimum, after all you did log on to "roleplay" and not catch up OOC with old friends (use ICQ for that).

PVP
Combat and battles are an excellent addition to roleplay. However, they must not be abused! Silvervale is at heart a roleplaying community, and therefore do not randomly go PKing other guilds or spamming your desire to - else ye will be removed.

Basic Conduct
* Stay In Character (IC) at ALL times.
* All Out Of Character (OOC) talk is to be kept on party or ICQ.
* Guild/Alliance chat is for Command Use; use ICQ for emergencies.
* All complaints, grievances or any other issues must be forwarded to Leaders. Do NOT take matters into your own hands.
* Recalling must be done off screen from other players, and outside roleplay towns.
* No profanity or OOC insulting, neither to an enemy nor to each other.
* Give warning before attacking another character to ensure they are logged in.
* Do not force PvP; always give an alternative (such as being taken prisoner).
* Check with Guild Leaders before attacking Enemy territories.

Combat Rules
* NO looting! (in discuss is a bag with goodies for it)
* If you are knocked unconscious (killed) In Character, then you are injured and MUST keep the deathrobe on for thirty minutes, and cannot take any further part in the battle for that time.
* Robed/injured characters may NOT be attacked.
* The Healers and the Wonderous House inside town are PvP neutral areas; no fighting is allowed there.
* Make sure fallen characters (enemies too) are resurrected and allowed to loot their bodies.
* If you are knocked out in a battle, you may NOT log in your alternative character and continue fighting. * If you run three screens away from the battle, you have fled and may not return to fight.

The doors will be Opened for Lady Darth Oni’s Wonderous House in Silvervale
with a little Office and Library.

You can visit the 2nd floor's "Museum of Rare Items and Arties!"

also, on the third floor, we have the first Museum of Flowers!

Around 10 pm est every second and fourth Saturday in month, Lady Darth Oni bids everyone to attend her "Bachelor & Lady's Ball!" to be held on the rooftop.
What mean`s Bachelor and Lady Ball…
On the Ball u can courting ur Love. In time of 2 Weeks u spend ingame with ur Court, only with ur Court, in this time u can see how u both come along, after this 2 weeks u can choose to marrie your court or not...
