You can even write the tool bar as a mod so the user can acess it from the User Interface in the game, as well as from the web browser. http://wowinterface.com/ is a good place to learn about Mods and how to write them. They also wrote "Hacking WoW" which can be found at Amazon.com and at Borders Book Store.
