![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Tailoring to 120 (Mondains Legacy) This skill guide was submitted to me by Tabbitha . It reflects the use of tailor power scrolls, and is maximized for least resources used. Compared to the UOSE tailor guide, it will save about 12k cloth. 115 is the MAX that can be gained from elven shirts (75% exceptional). I used 5k cloth after hitting 115, and no gains occurred.Advanced tip: On 26 June , 2007, I verified that Satyr Discord in the Twisted Weald does affect tailoring. I went at 115, and was discorded down to 85. I crafted 100 oil cloths and gained .4 tailor. For finding the stopping point of gains, use this rule: If no power scroll, stop at 65% exceptional chance. For each 5 pts of powerscroll, add 2.5% to 65. So after eating a 120 power scroll, your stoppping point for gains is 75% exceptional chance. Skill Guide - Tailoring Title: How to get to GM Tailor and beyond Skill:Tailoring Author: Dialtone Poster: Dialtone Date of post: November 24, 2006 Skill Range: 0 through 120 Guide Here: Tailoring is a great way to start off making gold that can be used to pay for the many expenses you will encounter in Ultima Online. If you’re starting out a new character, you don’t really need to add Tailoring to your starting set of skills. This guide has a list of what items that you can make up to certain skill levels. It also has a break down for the differing Power Scrolls that you may have used. I am also suggesting that you use cloth all the way to 115, because it is easier to obtain. 0 – Upper 20’s Buy it from a Tailor NPC Upper 20’s - 41.4 ==> Make Short Pants 41.4 - 53.9 ==> Make Cloaks 53.9 - 74.6 ==> Make Robes 74.6 - 99.6 ==> Make Oil Cloths If you have NOT used a Power Scroll, then make Elven Pants/Shirts to GM If you have used a 105 Power Scroll, then do the following… Continue with Oil Cloths until 102.1 102.1 - 105 ==> Make Elven Pants/Shirts If you have used a 110 Power Scroll, then do the following… Continue with Oil Cloths until 104.6 104.6 – 110 ==> Make Elven Pants/Shirts If you have used a 115 Power Scroll, then do the following… Continue with Oil Cloths until 109.6 109.6 - 115 ==> Make Elven Pants/Shirts If you have used a 120 Power Scroll, then do the following… Continue with Oil Cloths until 109.6 109.6-115 ==> Make Elven Pants/Shirts 115-117.9 ==> Studded Gloves 117.9-120 ==> Studded Hiro Sode At higher levels, you can sell the items that you make (Elven items don't sell very well) or cut them up to “recycle” and make the cloth/leather go further. Sometimes, you may go through periods in which you “Hit the Wall” and don’t have any gains. You may wish to take a break of a day or more and start again. Or just keep sewing away. Although it may seem frustrating, don’t worry, you will get over that slump.
