With new changes, can Mischief Maker get runic bonus?

Title says it all. I know the devs were looking to implement this, but I don't know if the change was part of the recent runic rebalance.

Please help!

# Weapons should no longer lose properties when runic- or exceptionally-crafted. This should apply to everything, including ML recipe weapons
# ML recipe bows will be able to be exceptionally crafted and get the Arms Lore bonus as well

from 3-14 FoF all i could find

Don't think the mischief maker would get the bonus. It's a craftable artifact with fixed stats.

in the fine print jump on test center and try it out before you waste resources in-game

MM cannot get addition properties.

Bascially it's the bows with an all lower case name that can get runic properties.
