Well the short answer is you cant! Thats not meant in a demeaning way at all, but with the recruiting abilities and the money available and the exposure of the large conferences they have a much better chance of getting the top recruits. However with a move into the conference and a few years to get recruiting going they will be competing at national champion caliber!

Funny Blitz, there are many sweet ladies here but also many who would find it amusing as well! We have a great mix of peeps here with open minds and a huge wealth of knowledge and I dont feel thats the worst of avatars yet to come
