Yar, good tips merth. Merc with that Arms lore bonus, you can craft weapons with 50 DI using the right woods.
Don't forget to check out the wood enhancement chart.

I have another ask kit but i thinking about using ash or heartwood boards.

When crafting w/ runic kits, use a fletching talisman (as high as you can get) so you have a better exceptional chance, and have arms lore. From the looks of it, a couple of your bows were non-exceptional. This is the main reason that most runic kit bows you find are the old bows. SInce you have a much higher natural chance of exceptional (see stratics for more info)

For enhancing, the two preferred woods of course are ash and yew.
For shortbow and fast repeater, consider using yew for the HCI/DI boost. SInce they are naturally fast and can easily reach 1.25 second swings, you will want the DI and HCI more. (depending on your template).

For slower bows, SSI is the way to go. Although some people prefer higher HCI over SSI.

You will also find that you can make bows with BOTH velocity and on hit spell. These are GREAT, except for harm (because of the distance limitations).

Is it better to burn one whole runic kit on a certain bow? Or can you make different bows using one kit. THe highest tailsman that I have is fletching execptional 14 and fletching bonus of 12. I guess I need to find a higher one.

go do some fletching quests in heartwood Merc. you will get a better talisman in no time and the chance to get runics!
