nope because there are not as many colored tailor (3) versus the 8 different colored ingots for smithing. Not going to go into the math on that, just that there are more possible combinations of colored deeds on smithing side versus the tailoring side.

Plus you also have possibilities of getting female plate tunic, any helm(except plate), any shield which can come in any of the 8 colors and do not fit into any smithing large.

As opposed to tailoring where all smalls fit into a large.

The only problem with tailoring was the fact that large colored (spined,horned,barbed) footwear collections were not spawning while you could still get smalls that would fit, this has been corrected.

though as a bod junkie, I would only want the following large colored footwear bods:
10 exceptional barbed = clothing bless deed
15 exceptional barbed = clothing bless deed
20 exceptional horned = clothing bless deed
20 exceptional barbed = horned runic kit
