My Mining and "Make Last" Macros for UO Assist
I don't know if anything similar has been posted, so I'll just let this fly & see what happens.
The first macro is what I use for mining Iron Ore. The setup is basically this: Use Item/Target mining location (5x) Combine Ore piles You will need the "small" ore pile (the type that appears as a few stones and yields larger quantities/least weight when combined with the heavier piles.) To set up the macro: 1. Hit "Record" on UOA 2. Double-click your mining tool and then click the target location. Repeat 4 more times. 3. Double-click your 'large' ore pile and combine it with the 'small' one. 4. Hit "Stop" on UOA 5. Right-click each macro line entitled "Use Item" and change to "Use item type." 6. Right-click each macro line entitled "Target" and change to "Target Relative to Location", except the last "Target" line, in which you will select "Target Item Type." 7. Add a 1000 pause after each "Target" line. When finished, the macro should look something like this: Use Item Type Target relative Pause 1000 Use Item Type Target relative Pause 1000 Use Item Type Target relative Pause 1000 Use Item Type Target relative Pause 1000 Use Item Type Target relative Pause 1000 Use Item Type Target Item Type. That's it! You could probably set the number of mining attempts higher; I just found 5 to be optimal for me. The "Make Last" macro is somewhat self-explanitory in terms of crafting menus. Basically, this is it: 1. Double-click any crafting tool to open the crafting menu. 2. Select and item to craft, and craft it. 3. Hit "Record" on UOA 4. Hit "Make Last" on the crafting menu as many times as you see fit, or until the macro buffer on UOA runs out, whichever comes first. 5. Hit "Stop" on UOA The macro lines are redundant: a bunch of "Menu selection" lines. Now, every time you want to make a ton of one item type, just run the macro after you make it once. This can be used with any crafting process that has a "Make Last" button in its window, because the macro is specific to that command, not to the type of crafting it was made from. *NOTE: When you run this macro, you will notice about a 5 sec pause before it actually kicks in. This is normal, so just be patient for it to start. **Also, if your tool runs out of uses in the middle of the macro, just double-click another tool and the macro will continue. Hope this helps. ![]() ![]() •Holgren Redforge, Hammer Jockey• •Kaiser Blade, Holy Perforater of Justice• •Voldox, Arcanist Pet Detective• •Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rythym of the War Drums• ![]() Remember... shop smart... shop S-Mart!

Re: My Mining and "Make Last" Macros for UO Assist
This is why I wish that UO Assist had more slots for more macros. I like to assign each macro to make a certain item type, for when I'm filling Bods. I usually go through my books, pull out all the bods of the same type (like all skullcaps, or all fancy shirts, etc.) and use a macro to make a large amount of the item. Fill them all, put them back in my book for turning in later, and move onto the next item type.

I will take this opportunity to make a shameless plug for the 'UOAssist Macro' thread .... http://www.uoforums.com/f681/uoassist-macros-25057/
I put up a few of my favorite macros and invite everyone to add theirs as well. ![]() Tuka ![]() ![]() Kinsmen are born. Friendship is a gift of the gods.
