I Kain Twothumb whom have been handpicked to govern the province of Windenbourg of Vesper do hereby announce to all citizens of the republic my agenda and goal that I wish to strive for.

• Explore new northlands and beyond to make sure that all riches that lies there can be gathered and used to aid the republic.
• Build and maintain the mining camps at Minoc and Covetous and expand beyond them to give the republic a greater wealth to use for spreading freedom to all people in the lands.
• Learn about the wildlife in all of Vesper and send out exploration caravans with the purpose of bringing home new exotic animals from afar to bring amusement and diversity to our lands and people.
• Help set up markets as well as help in the marketing of the fine good that we manufacture in Vesper , for the benefit of the common crafter.
• Manage the orc threat from the north by all possible means

This is my five points of importence for the fine province of Windenbourg.
