Description: Short hair with a few scars on the face, he was wearing a long sleeved white shirt, long grey cloth leggings, brownish/dark grey shoes and a straw hat. He used a dagger meaning that he may be a fencer, and he claimed he was travelling

Crime : Assault on Vesper Citizens

Details : A Number of reports have been given from members of the Female Swaggers staff, of The suspect dragging them to his den and carrying out foul and depraved torture rituals..
Some include.. the stuffing of hot coals down their backs.. Severe lashings and general beatings.

Action : The suspect is to arrested on sight and questioned.

Punishment : A Fine of 800 crowns is to be transferred to the swaggers staff from the suspect in compensation, and a Severe beating to be administered to the suspect at the discretion of the questioning militiaman.

Details : The suspect was seen in broad daylight.. pilfering the shelves of swaggers by members of staff.. They were apparently too shocked to do anything about it..

Action and Punishment : If caught the reprobate is to be stripped of his valuable possesions which will be handed over to Swaggers management, and then dunked upside down in a barrel of water untill he swears to never steal again.. a harsh clip round the ear would also be acceptable.

Details : During a recent market in trinsic a man was reported to be selling stolen watches and broken time keepers. He was also reported to be selling Shade by two seperate citizens.
Early reports Indicate that this suspect may be based near Vesper.

Actions : Further information is required on the suspect before any action can be taken.
He is to be questioned when found and if required further action is left to the arresting Militiaman.
