You have been tasked by the council on three counts.

1. The experimentation and determination of any negative effects involved with the consumption of Nightshade for recreational purposes. A report to the council indicating research would be greatly appreciated.

2. Research into this "sparkle" you implied existed. Is progress to learn more about this under way? It would be appreciated if such were so. Evidence would be most pleasant.

3. Have any proposals for expanding the mineral holdings of Vesper been undertaken? If not it would be most excellent if a prospector could be sent.

I would hope that some progress is made on one and all of these counts prior to the next council meeting. Employ the Militia if they can be so employed.
