*A notice is pinned to the wall inside the Vesper Armoury*

To whom it may concern...

During recent weeks, Vesperian Spies have noticed an increase in military activity in the Island of Magicina. Little is known about this new uprising, and Military activity in the Island States is of course a concern for Vesperian Trade, and the Republic as a whole.

To keep this low key, I would like for partisans to go to Magicina, and seek out a citizen or soldier, and enquire to their:

-Militiary Strength, Style and Leadership
-Political Stance...Loyalist or Rebel.
-Uniform Information
-Religious Preference

Also try to enquire about their plans for expantion or whether they are happy on their desert island.

A quality report must be entered in an envelope including any sketches you have made.

It were about mid evenin when I arrived in the Outskirts of Magicina.. a rather wild an overgrown tropical forest.. teamin with beasties..
I had a Feelin I was in fer a long walk..


I coul` see the rise of some buildings in the distance.. It was only then that I thought about being sneaky.. I was in my disguise sure... but mabye I could observe the magicina`s without them knowin..


With my Masterful disguise in place.. It werent long before I saw my first Vict.. err.. Subject ter spy on.
With my camoflauge he wouldnt suspect a thing!


I Followed him around fer a while.. he didnt seem te be upto anything in particular... but I was worried I would soon be discovered.. there was little for me blend into and the whole city was made of a horrible type of sandstone..
Suddenly my target stopped and faced me.. then he moved towards my position.. At this point I was able ter get a better look at him.


I feared that if I was discovered spying.. they may torture meh.. or mabye even worse.. hand me over to our enemys!.. so I ditched the Ingenious Camoflauge before he noticed.


Fortunatly he didnt notice.. and he seemed generally pleased to meet meh..
"Good!" I thought.. Getting information out of him will be easy!
I thought I should pretend I were new to the Area.. so I questioned him about who the leader of his Militia was called...

Aye.. A Man Called Dawson Black.. He is second in command ter the Leader of Magicina..
He goes by the Title off err..

Aye.. Legatus Legionis.. sounds fancy no?
I saw my oppertunity so I asked who was the top man in the city..
The fella told meh it was his Father... Govener Von Sayhn..

Then out of no where this other fella appeared.. he was wearin a simular Uniform but was much more heavily armoured.. I got a bit worried now.. coz this guy might finger me as a spy..


Before I made my escape I slipped in the quick question.. as to where their loyalties lay...
He replied that they do not serve the king.. Magicinia ia a free city.. Arrr


I thought I best make my excuses and leave.. they were startin ter get a bit suspicious.. so I wandered further into the city.. where I came across a woman in a robe..
I approached her hoping to ask about the church.. only te find she was a monk or somthing!.. now thats some luck! I thought to meself.


This large fella.. he looked important stepped out of the building she was leaning against.. He was calling fer guards for an event.. My time was running out.. I spoke to the Monk quickly..


She told meh that the people of Magicinia follow the teachings of the Avatar as opposed to worshipping him.. they have have some sort of church to the north of the town.. where they hold prayers... She was confusin me a bit..


I noticed that a few more Soldiers had appeared.. and they were starting te notice me...


I made my poilte excuses.. that i`d left me cat on fire.. and left swiftly.. breaking into a run as I left the town and a sprint when I heard a twig snap behind me.....
