Everyone has a unique writing style, but some things in reports do have to follow a certain pattern for the sake of easy-reading and what have you. So this is just a quick post on what your reports should always have about them if you can help it.

• A proper titles, such as "[Hunt] Dragons in Destard", or "[Militia] Patrolling the Western Front". Marking what type and what the post is about always makes it easier to understand the contents and to find things at a later date for both ourselves and our visitors.

• A well written paragraph or more about what happened on the trip, who was there and anything special that was achieved. Not all of us are native English speakers, so I'm not demanding a Shakespearean effort of written genius, so long as its a decent, well laid out (paragraphs, punctuation etc) informative read its good to go, whether long or short.

• Relevant screenshots. Easier than it sounds. For years I've used the UO Screenshot Utility (Link) to automatically capture and save screenshots. All you have to do is push a button and it does the work for you. All you really have to do is change them from .BMP images to .JPEG images and slap them on somewhere like Photobucket.com before posting them here on your report/story.

That is more or less all it takes. Screenshots aren't vital, but a picture says a thousand words so they say. Good luck with the reports, and remember to make sure someone else hasn't already done a report on the same event before posting.
