Attention Comrades!
*posters and flyers are spread across the Vesperian territories.*
The illustrious Baron Samsca has been assaulted by Captain Escaflowne of the militia. This is due to what we believe is an illness that Captain Escaflowne has been struck with. This illness may induce extended bursts of paranoia and wild ramblings. His words are not to be taken seriously by anyone. We do hope that his illness will pass soon and our thoughts go out to his family in these hard times. In the name of the Republic, Comrade Rayne.
