Broken storylines!

Am I the only one sick of events storylines being broken or just going away all of a sudden? A good example is the blackrock deal which led to New Haven. Give your blackrock to this mysterious evil looking person......boom New Haven is created......now what? Ok so we got a revamp of newbie land (awesome idea much needed and still needs some tweeks) ....now what? Are those of us that hung on to our blackrock because we refused to give in to the darkside for some shiny trinkets just screwed? or is there more to come? And if there is more to come how long must we wait for it?

How do we fix this? Well have a clearer understanding of the facts. Let the players know ok the br event is over, turn in is over, new haven is here to stay, magincia invasion has occured, stay tuned for the br hoarders, you guys kept the faith soon you will understand how important it has become. Keep us informed that more is to come and no we wont have to wait 10 yrs to see it. Last I checked it is still available to collect from mining so there is gonna be a purpose....

I just get sick of the whole storyline developing then petering out and just dying....oops ok thats gotten boring lets change gears and blow something up...how about lets change gears and add to whats already here and evolve existing storylines and make them fun again.

Anyone seen INU lately? And just for kicks anyone still playing with the ants? but they give such pretty seeds!

We just seem to lack the endings.

For me, it is both. When I came back in February, the BR thing was well underway. So no beginning, no way to SEE how it began, and no CLEAR vision of what is going on.
How exactly does Magincia tie in the with the candle of love? Does it?

aye this is my point UO has a long history of not finishing storylines or events or going off on tangents which have absolutely nothing to do with the original storyline or event!
