I do not have a clue why the disarm wont work. Perhaps it is a bug have u tried a different weapon of the same type to see if it will disarm. If it will hten your individual weapon might be bugged or if it wont disarm then maybe all th at type of weapon is bugged. I have not heard of it but hey there are alot of bugs nemore. Also are u sure u have enough mana and or skill to do the special move?

Yah barne, I tried another weap that has disarm as its special, and it held. By holding, I mean that when i click the special sticky icon, it stays red until I use it. With this rune blade, it wont stay red, it just auto clicks off. I have 60 mana, which I believe is more than enough to do it, and I am an elder swdsman. I think the weapon is bugged, but its too sweet to give up, so if I have to live with it, then I'll deal with it!

that sucks deffinately sounds like a bug.

I heard that the taskmaster finally disarms though, anyone know how long this has been fix'd? *hasn't tried in over a year, just saw a guildy use it to disarm last night*

new taskmasters disarm (and have a lower base damage) than "prepatch" taskmasters which still dont disarm but do more base damage
Personally I find disarm to be VERY crucial in pvp...
