The Jhelom ranks are as follows. All uniforms will be provided by the guild.

Recruit : Most will remain at recruit rank for at least 3 days. The recruit uniform is made up of leather armour. Jhelom colours of course.

Watchman : Watchman are the sloggers of Jhelom's force. Most hard jobs are given to these men and women. They make up the bulk of Jhelom's guard force. Usually inexperianced and inept at fighting. These troops are meerly expendable to the Baron.

The Watchman uniform is made up of leather and metal.

Guard : Guards have prooven themselfs. They are treated with respect. At the rank of guard soldiers are given their cap.

The guard uniform comprises of chainmail with some agapite platemail parts.

Corporal : The corporal's uniform is the same as the guard exept Corporals wear a grey cap and a doublet.

Captain : There may only be one captain. He is the commander of the guard force and answers only to the Baron in Jhelom. He is well respected by the force. Experiance is needed here. Captains are generally older vetrans of war.
