*A letter to Cullin from Skara Brae*

"Respectful People of Jhelom,

Times are getting darker and darker. Every day, glum clouds seem to slowly, but surely, cover up, with their vicious claws, a biggest part of the free lands of Sosaria.
Vesper is threatening Trinsic, announcing an imminent deadly and terrible war. The brigands are getting stronger and more aggressive. And a new enemy of the free people just appeared, in the name of Raziel Von Sahyn, nasty Governor of Magincia, who decided to enter into some kind of crusade against the loyalist towns of Sosaria.

More than ever we have to ally our forces against those threats, for the safety of our towns and their inhabitants. We are both people of the sea, hard workers and proud of what we are and who we are. Unified, our strengths would be increased tenfold.

In the name of the Count Emile Lampet, the city of Skara Brae and its inhabitants, we wish the town of Jhelom a long and flourishing life."
