Barbecue! The variations in this part of the country (NC) are endless. If I had to only pick a single barbecue style, though, it would be Texas-style beef brisket barbecue.

I love my aunts brisket. Beef! Beef Stew, Steak... BBq & Rosemarry Chicken, but Pizza and Cookie Dough Ice cream are pretty sweet too

baked chicken basted in butter, rice roni, and egg noodles all togeather... just love it!

I also like cake =P but I think you mean actual meals

Seafood! Anything seafood. Shrimp, crab, fish, calimari, oysters, clams, anything. If it comes from the sea, I will probably eat it.

Samosas! The ones I make...not my ex. She never gets the spice right.

It's a traditional Thanksgiving day dish (in our family anyway.....) I remember one year I stayed up all night making over 200 of them by myself. 100 for the church brunch and 150 for the family.

Samosa-deep fried veggie pie. Kind of like a fruit pie but stuffed with a cauliflower/pea/sometimes potato mix. And since it is Indian it should be spicy as hell!. (I think Hot-Pockets stole the idea from the Indian restaurants.)
