I'm not very close to my fathers side, extremely close to my mothers side and my sisters.

My immediate family, yes, and most cousins. There's one arm of the family that has been disowned, but it has been lovely for the past 5 years without them and actually the rest of us are now closer than ever.

Lets see...they live in CA or TX, and I live in FL. So distance wise, not so close, but we get together once a year or every other year for a reunion. It is always a good time.
