I was born in Philadelphia....lots of things happened there.
Nothing of note ever happened in Caldwell, ID that I know of. My sister was born there
Seattle Washington.... home of Starbucks and Grunge Music.
San Francisco ... mmm... Lots of things happened there.
Concord Ca.. nothing of interest.. unless your interested in knowing my little brother.
Twain Harte Ca.. named for Mark Twain and Bret Harte.. both were known to have spent time in the area.
Sonora Ca.... more gold rush history.
Turlock CA... mmm.. home of Medic Alert (the bracelets/necklaces that tell doctors when your allergic to stuff)
Modesto CA Home of Ernest and Julio.. that'd be the Gallo's.
Ceres CA.... nothing
Laie HI .. home of BYU Hawaii.... lots of Mormons there.
Sunset Beach HI.... Eddie Akau big wave invitational... Ehukai Beach and the Triple Crown of Surfing
Alexandria VA... Lots of things happen here.

Thru history, tons of things have happened here. In my lifetime?
I went to college with Kenneth McDuff the serial killer.
I knew David Koresh, and was close enough to the compound to watch it burn down from my mom's driveway.
We are the only city I know of to throw a huge party every year for a fictional character... Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh
Every year we have the Austin City Limits music fest, and SXSW, both of which are crazy and fun to go to.
Can't forget to add in the Spam-A-Rama.

My home city in Michigan. Gibson Guitars, Rogaine and Checker Cabs all started here. We had a couple of national known murderers come from here. Erm... I sure there are other things too.
