I write to you this day to request that you surrender your city and all its citizens and deliver both to the hands of Magincia! Your town has been judged to be a loyalist state. No citizen of Skara Brae shall be hurt, i swear it. If you refuse, we will attack! You are hear by ordered to send word immediately to Magincia of your decision. By the Avatar I pray it is the wiser option.

Thou art far from the truth and foolhardy if thou thought we would simply surrender. Thou should coop yourselves up within your coastal borders for the best of thy town and its citizens.
