I now own the land deeds left to me by Mayor Gareth as he undergoes treatment at one of the virtue shrines.

I plan to rebuild upon the land where Kijustsu Anei Stands. The land deeds given to me are as follows.

All documents are legal and signed by Mayor Gareth. Should anyone wish to see these documents. I plan carry out my orders as Supreme Chancellor in PaxOku city. Okimoto has signed a new peace treaty with the city along with the transfer of the two land areas within Kijustsu Anei and PaxOku City.

I for one, will not stand by to see such developments be brought asunder... There is only travesty occuring in PaxOku, and the storm clouds are continuing to build.

I gather there should be a halt to any construction until word from the Governor is given otherwise. You cannot rebuild what is lost, if it's done in haste only trouble will come to follow you and the city for years to come.

I wish Mula no such luck. 'Tis a travesty to see her delusions of grandeur with her plans of diabolical destruction have any traction in such an esteemed development as PaxOku...Long live Gareth and long live the TRUE PaxOku!

I believe Shadow that instead of giving up and giving over the town to Mula to do as she wishes, it is not only our duty and indeed responsibility but in each of our own best interests to take the town back from her!

This should be resolved by Winfield. He is the one with the power here to do away with this travesty! Petition the governor!

It is our city, you dont stand by when an injustice is wrong, you do what you can do to correct it and lay down the foundation so that it doesn't happen again. For good or ill, Winfield gave Mula this power, no matter she is using it unjustly for some of the citizens of our city.

Regardless of levels of power, everyone should have a voice and everyone should feel the need to correct such a travesty.

Has Gareth been recovered by the Trio yet? His plight diagnosed and a cure created? Has Mula prevented them from doing so? I think once Gareth is back to health, he can better see what his appointee Mula is doing to PaxOku and wonder if that's what he wants done to PaxOku.
