Heion Ryuu - The Tranquil Dragon Honor Hall and Bathhouse is now open to the public. Located just East of the Sirens Call on the main road through Silvervale, the Tranquil Dragon features a spacious meeting hall on the second level, and below the Dragons Bathhouse. Feel free to stop by at any time and make use of the facilities.

Although we are humbled that you would build such a GREAT outpost for PaxOku city we do have a few questions and procedures.

Was this outpost approved by Wizard of ID?

What all does this outpost do for our city? Are citizens looking to expand into this area of the world?

Are we taking land away from the Great City of Silvervale?

For any official outpost I would humbly request to be informed of such a move on the cites behalf. We must tread carefully in such things for our own security and diplomatic relations within the realm. I wish to meet with you and Wizard of ID on this matter to make sure no problems would arris with such an outpost within their city limits. If all seems well and great then we can move forward with the procedures of creating an outpost including talks with our City Council. If approved we can then have a grand opening party and celebration with our citizens and the citizens of Silvervale.

I do humbly regret choosing perhaps inappropriate wording for the building in Silvervale. Being a Citizen of PaxOku, though now residing in Silvervale, I assumed referring to the structure as an "Outpost" of PaxOku was acceptable. I had not given thought to the legal ramifications of such. The "Outpost" title has been removed until further discussion of this matter.

Hail and well met. As a old citizen of Silvervale I do wish to at some time drop off a few articles and items from the town that I have in possesion. I have come to the town a few times in the past and have been unable to find that crafty Wizard Id to give him the fore mentioned. I am currently residing in a new land called Telon and think of Silvervale, Paxlair and their citizens with fond memories (except that nasty orc named Ga'kuct who kept stealing all my hats). I will again soon make another trip to Silvervale to give these items to you.
