PaxOku Emergency Powers Invoked

PaxOku City:

The pending Invasion of Magincia has not gone unnoticed in our city. As Mayor of PaxOku government politics have no room in a case of war. By the powers of my chair as mayor I hear-by enact the following powers.

1. Full control of our city fund.

2. The Power to draft.

3. The Power to lead forces into war.

4. Full control over all defense forces in PaxOku.

5. The Power of Alliance.

These powers are given to the United Sosarian Navy (USN) Commodore Tiberius Clearacastle and any generals he should appoint.
