Topics Discussed:
1) Vesper Risk is canceled until next Thursday (June 26th) due to Ga'kuct needing time to build a case for John Duke. [Sorry for the late development on this one]
2)OkuC will begin dropping books in Luna again, so please direct all interested crafters and any inquiries to either Treasure Isles or Taurik.
3)The Blue Light Tavern is looking for waiters, bartenders, event managers, and any other tavern related position. Inquire with Gareth regarding a possible position.
4) We have two newcomers to the PaxLair Alliance:
. a)Perryn is a resident from another server who would like to make PaxLair his new home, so be sure to say hello.
. b) Merick is a returning veteran who was around from 1998 to 2002 and is interested in learning modern crafting. He is distinguished by his bright white hair and beard and is currently residing in Dragon's Watch, so be sure to show him any tricks you know.
5) A possible trial is being established against John Duke in regards of allegations of bribery, misuse of power, and animal abuse. More on this later as the case is built.


Event Announcements:
1) The Blue Light Tavern in PaxOku will be open tomorrow (Wednesday, June 18th) at 8:00 PM Eastern. The event for the night will be "High and Low".
2) Saturday at 6:00 PM Eastern is Deal or No Deal on the Atlantic shard.
3) Saturday at (probably) 9:00 PM Eastern is a first run of the new play house in PaxOku. All interested in having a part in the play please contact Gareth.
4) The Blue Light Tavern is hoping to be open every Wednesday Night as well as after any play. So anyone who would like to run the tavern during these times please contact Gareth.
5) The next Council of Sin meeting should be occurring in roughly two weeks, stay tuned for posted information.

New Governor for the Week:
By majority vote, and acceptance of our pleading, Lady Treasure Isles is now the new Governor. Everyone be sure to show their respects, and let's forget all about any crimes that may or may not have been committed under my term.

The meeting was then concluded and followed by a visit to the Blue Light Tavern where everyone rejoiced in dancing, drinking, poetry, joking and a song by Gareth.

The crimes, to be sure, are quite serious. I doubt they can be so easily disregarded. *continues her census of live kittens around the realm*
