Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct has announced today that the Elves have nothing to fear from the Orcs.
Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct has commented today on the statements made last week during his weekly Krak un Krydey article. An attempt to give people the ability to learn more about Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct and his plans and thoughts on PaxLair and the rest of the world. The Elves reacted harshly to Ga'kucts statement made regarding the question "When the Orcs do take over the realm, what race or class will you eliminate first?" To which Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct naturally replied the Elves, a race with a long standing rivalry against the Orcs.
Mayor Warboss Ga'kuct had this to say in reaction:
"Dis ib nub tru, Gak wud skrybbulid uut ogh kon-tex-id. Gak nub meen clompin lyk clompin clompin. Gak meen muur lyk wypid ough da faze ogh da uzg. Gak ib surri da latz ib tuu tuupid agh smellie tu gruk wud ib skrybbulid. agh Gak x-tendz kondeluniz tu demz clanz kus demz ib smellie agh tuupid ...kuz demz ib aphlikatid wid tuupid agh smellienezz"

Ga'kuct Publicist, John Duke, stepped in and stated "allow me to translate."
"[What was claimed]Is not true. What Gak said was taken out of context. Gak didnt mean killed as in killed killed. Gak meant more like eliminated from the dangers of this world. Gak is very sorry that there was this misunderstanding. And Gak would like to extend his condolences to the Elves."
"I would also like to go on record," continued John Duke "to say that, as long as the rules of PaxLair City are followed, the Elves are safe to walk the streets, even with an Orc in power."
Clearly, the entire mix up was a misunderstanding, a mistranslation from Orcish, to Human, to Elven, and the Orcs mean no ill will.

Captured Solen Infiltrator
In other news...
The Orcs have released a captured Solen Infiltrator today outside the city of limits of Dragon's Watch.
"This is just a drill" stated the Orc in charge "to see how well defended Dragons Watch is, as well as to scout out the local Elven population. We'll, of course, be giving this information to the leaders of Dragon's Watch, for their own use and defense purposes."
The infiltrator was released in the early hours of the day in order to establish a reconnaissance operation that would hopefully be on going due to the creature's ability to dig under ground, unseen. The information would undoubtedly been invaluable had it returned. Later reports indicate that the creature did not return to base and was believed to of either been killed or captured during the process of infiltration.
Although some believe its inability to understand Orcish lead it to simply return to the hive from where it was captured.
