Hail Good People!
Many of you already know me. I'm Justine DeFargo, niece of Jasper Defargo, that stuffy Paladin so many think so highly of. Do not get me wrong... I think highly of my Uncle too... I love him more than anything, even if he is stuffy.

I've been working at the Siren's Call in Silvervale for quite a long time now, but have decided it's time to begin my own pub. I'm looking for a building now to build this wonderous business. This will not be an ordinary pub, but a bikini bar. There will be a poles on our stage for the dancers's use as well as any patrons who drink enough to give pole dancing a try.

Because of the nature of this pub, it will be considered a private pub and ages will be checked at the door. There will be a small fee for becoming a Member, which will cover the cost of the application.

If anyone knows of a fairly large building for sale in a well traveled path, please contact me. Once I find the building to use for this establishment, I will begin taking applications for male and female dancers. I look forward to serving the Chesapeake Community.

Once they are listed as Members, they will become friended to the building and may enter through the "friended" door. This precaution is for the safety of the adults as well as the minors in our game. ]]

What about teaming up with Lenora in PaxLair City, who is creating a new Pizzeria next to the outdoor arena? Could that work? Then PaxLair City could have a historic pub/tavern/eatery servicing many clients. Lenora is also still proprietor of the Ladies of the Lair in PaxLair City too, once famed for its Ladies long ago.

Yes, There is room for a brewery or tavern on the top floor of the building on the north side of the arena.

There is nothing inherently evil about dancing in a bikini. The only debauchery present in such locations is that which is brought by patrons of ill refute. Any establishment can attract such people and need not provide alcohol or shapely employees to do so.

I hope sir, that you are but one loud mouth, and not an actual moutpiece of your association. I also hope that the Paladins of Paxlair do the honorable and good thing in defending any person to whom evil is being done. The alignment of the victim of said crimes should not be in question when there is in fact a crime being done.

If it is the job of the Paladins of Paxlair to police Paxlair, then I certainly would expect them to do just that, police Paxlair, and leave the judging to the judges.

Miss DeFargo, if these people refuse to defend your establishment, then you can count on one old friar to stand watch by your door. Especially if I could be paid with potent potables.

Mayor Gak.... I will gladly pay property taxes and for a business liscense once I have found a building for my pub... The pub will be private which will keep the riff raff out and I feel as if I should have protection as a citizen of PaxLair City.

and of course we'll have Happy Hour! that's such a splendid idea...

I'm hoping you'll be able to use your considerable influence to help me find some female orcs to be pole dancers so the orcs can enjoy the pub as well... of course Mayor, we might have to put the Orc dancing pole off to the other side so my patorns won't be gagging from the smell.... *sweet adorable smile at this point* I know how Orcs think us Humies stink and all...

I am hoping to be able to find who now own's the ship at the northern boundries of the city... Lenora's Pizzaria is not big enough and that ship plot would be perfect... will you let me know how to get in touch with them please?
