Late last night hundereds of bottles and barrels of Ale, Wine and other liquores were found hidden in Kijustsu Anei Village. Amoung the variouse drinks were also personal possessions reported missing to the city and other cities around the world.

Chancellor Mula released that by dusk the village of Kijustsu Anei will follow all laws of PaxOku city and the Decree of KIJUSTSU ANEI VILLAGE IN PAXOKU will be recinded shortly by Mayor Gareth.

Any creatures found in Kijustsu Anei found breaking such laws will be arrested on site.

Also Mula released a new project within the Kijustsu Anei area approved by Mayor Gareth. The new site for the School Of Virtues will be built across the street from the PaxOku City Hall.

Mula also went on to release that secret groups or council have no reason to be created in the area and plans to limit use of buildings in the Kijustsu Anei Area.

Further more assasination contracts were found in the Tarot Reading building for PaxOku government officials. A few names were leaked out by accident. The names we know of are High Chancellor Mula, Mayor Gareth, Viceroy Lady Hester and Council Chairwoman Lady Katherine. Speculation has already grown that these contracts were written up by Former Viceroy Neira and/or Lady Shaddess.

The Mayors office has not released any public information but, plans to begin interviews with all citizens of the city and visitors.

First of all the ones you call Mayor Gareth gave this land to me. The contract can be found in the city hall.

I expect PaxOku city to pay for the repair I am doing to my land in the Kijustsu Anei area. This land has not been owned by Mayor Gareth for a few months now. I have also put up a wall around my home and expect no one to enter without the permission of myself and a few other names to be mentioned later.

Further more any more destruction of my property or entering it without my concent. Any government or Honor Guards entering my land will result in immediate action taken against them by me.

To whom it may concern:

I am a resident of Kijustsu Anei Village in Paxoku, after roaming most of the world I found it a very good place to live and conduct business. I have always been a person who keeps things under my hat and though I do not live by most laws I do respect authority enough to keep it under the table and take care not flaunt it in peoples face when I get away with something.

After last night however, upon discovering that the inventory of Ale and other drinks of mine had been discovered and my home wrecked by those of so called virtuous deeds I boldly and angrily state that from this day forth those who carried out these deeds and destroyed not only my reputation with my suppliers but my source of income shall feel the wrath of long arm of evil and wicked friends I have come to know over the years. Furthermore, The Viceroy Neira who was so blatantly removed from her office should really be reconsidered for her position back and the village should be returned back to its rightful state.

I am letting it be known out right, that from this day until the day that my inventory is returned, my home rebuilt and its leader returned to her position, one life shall be lost in the city of Paxoku each day for the next month. If these things have not been returned within 30 days, two lives will be lost and a building burnt to the ground. Fear shall rack the town of Paxoku and to those who think I am boasting, I dare you to call my bluff!

In the assassination attempt on myself, i have created a new office...

Kijustsu Gareth has the contract to build and run the building according to MY standards.

While in that building, all shall be held safe from any and all persecution until their words have been heard by me and a decision reached. This would include all Non Virtue members, as well any other denizen of the city (alive or dead, light or dark, human or other...). Guards while in my office come not in your title but as a person. There are no laws in my building except my own. I want this to be a free area where you are safe to bring me your concerns, questions and ideas... Deputy Mayor or no, this building and it's rights are guarded not only by my office but by spell and steel.

Shady, you wish to declare war on the city as a whole...or would you rather have the blood of the one responsible?

I am but a simple soldier doing my part for my cause, I did not declare war, Mula did. I only chose sides and drew first blood...
