Rabid Bogling, that WIKI is totally impressive!!

I have half a mind to turn our paxlair.com site into a paxlair WIKI and everyone can update their city information, biographies, and more. I love the WIKIs because everyone can be "content managers" and the webmastering is taken care of by the WIKI system.

Anyway, yes, this is great information about Europa. We will use this in our research and activities.

I strongly advise you to! It's incredibly useful, and tends to bring back memories of "good old days". You may just find it's a nigh impossible task, though. The Europa Wiki's been going for quite a while now, and is still far from full.

Well, my paxlair.com site is very far from full with all news and knowledge of our 10 years of existence. More than just I have history in my "files" and head. I will look into this WIKI technology for certain in the coming months/year.

On a new topic, but still in this thread of ideas....

Should we plan to do something Unified (thinks of former Mayor Tatania of PaxOku) and Focused during the coming weekend (Oct 20-21) on Europa? Many of us can be around earlier in the day, and the timezone problem will not hurt us so much.

What do you think? PaxLair, Chesapeake, and Europa folks, please chime in with your ideas!

OH... also report on this thread anything you do and encounter in Europa this week. I already have some simple experiences today, Monday, and will try to write a paragraph or two about them.

And a new idea.... how about a player-gathering for PaxLair & Chesapeake friends in Europe next year!! Visit some castles, go to some RPing festivals? Where would the best places to go to meet up with many UO Europa people?

Maybe we could sell some Luigi's Pizzas to raise funds?

This is progressing so well, and I am excited as to how far it can go.

It was short notice originally,to contact everyone who can provide the experience you are looking for but extending things into a second week just expands the field in a positive way.

I am especially keen for you to visit the Shadow Court folk,who are just one example of an extremely interersting mix of seasoned and very knowledgable players .I know their history and concept will be invaluable,and a meeting with such characters as Muldran,Callum Fitzhugh,Cherry,Salazar, particularly will be invaluable.

Nor can we leave out Trinsic and the Elven area.

We do not just have 'town ' communitites,but also guilds based in other areas who have no allegiance to a particular place,and roleplay in their own areas.

There is just SO much to see.

It has been good for me to be involved in the initial set up of this ,as I had been going along the lines of the 'UO is dying' mindset.

This has reminded me just how 'alive' UO really is,and what a rich tapestry of life we have on Europa.

Anyway, I will carry on contacting folk,and forwarding your details to them and continue to see Europa through fresh eyes

Sounds great Tabbitha. I do indeed want to meet many more people and leaders on Europa.

It does take time to get people together and our time zone differences during the week certainly don't help much. I do think our Journey in Europa can go casually for several weeks, taking advantage of activities as we can.

When the time is right, and relationships have been established, we can host Europa over to Chesapeake sometime in the future. Sort of a reciprocal visit.

(I still have a lot to do personally in PaxLair, Chesapeake and am getting a little behind, but will catch up this weekend I hope. Investing time with new friends is always a priority for me though. My paperwork in PaxLair will always be there for me later. It's good that Gareth and others are publishing so much on the PaxLair forums here so at least all information is out ... and I will import to our paxlair.com web site for permanent retention as soon as possible)

Tonight, Tuesday, will be a busy night for me personally due to the PaxLair Statehood meeting in Europa. I think we have several people who can help get more people over from Chesapeake for the meeting and to the right place (thanks Pax_ emissaries for helping put people into the Pax_ guild on Europa!).

Generally on meeting nights, I don't have much chance to meet people before the meeting ... but I highly encourage everyone else to head to Grd (see the rune in the book at the Vesper Town Hall) and become a Guardsman for the evening (3 PM ET to about 8 PM ET)! Then head back to Vesper Town Hall around 8:30 PM ET to gather for our meeting (so Minister of Defense Crypt Keeper can inspect the new guards *smiles*)

I've let the Court know to look at this thread, we're blushing providing that 'seasoned' doesn't refer to me being old. Ahem.

Muldran and Tim are currently sailing round the lands (and on foot!) visiting each of the shrines. Tomorrow (Wednesday) we will be at Justice, then going on foot to Compassion, and then on to Sacrifice.

Decardo and Cherry (together with Callum) are often found in Felucca dungeons; they're castigating me for not pulling more RP, so we'll meet up with them soon!

Others within the Court are being nudged to wake up, but we'll keep an eye out for you lot.
