PaxOku City needs a little.....hmm life?!?!

So as Mayor I have decided to pass the Open Robbery. What this entails.

One- all Citizens should carry between 10-500gold depending on your stature. For example the bartender should carry 25 since he makes tips. Miss Kayi who owns the auction house and Vendor Mall should carry 250gold.

Two- You are open to be what the orcs call "Clomped" If a dark evil person asks you for your gold pouch.

Three- They MAY NOT kill you or take you below half life while trying to get your gold pouch. If they do take you down near half you should be a good sport and give up your gold pouch.

Four- The Thief is KILLABLE. Yes you can kill them and loot any gold they have on them and add it to your own.

Five- If you think you can just steal from anyone you have another thing coming. It is however ILLEGAL to steal from anyone in the city. In doing so you are open to a citizen calling guards who will arrest you or kill you. If they kill you, you are already automatically arrested.

Six- You will be charged and tried in the city courts and sent to jail.

Now you may also do what I call a Horrible crime.

Say the Sheriff put your brother away for two years and you want some payback. You may so call "jump" the Sheriff and beat him up.
I know this sounds like a shocker but, they are crimes that make the city a little more in depth.

So I would suggest the City Council Chairwoman to not walk around a night by herself. She should have a guard escort.

Now here are a few rules.

One- You they may not kill you

Two- You may kill them.

Three- They may ONLY do it during UO's Night time. Only when it is dark UNLESS You are in an ally or behind a building.

Four- The so called "beater" can be arrested and or killed by guards.
