Npcs talk

In a ooc release all future citizens will speak to you by simply saying hello. One you must ask What is Wrong.

Two at Neiras home you must say their name.

(Please note that anything future citizens say are in many years to come. This does no reflect the way anyones character is played. If you have questions please Private Message me.)

all homes with talking NPCs have two of them. Some you may have to look around for them inside the building.
