We are having friends arrive from Baja and Pacific with the following schedule:

Sunday, May 18
7 PM to 9 or 10 PM ET
Starting Location: Skara Brae Community Center, Trammel

We would like to show some of our cities on Chesapeake. For each city, we ask for 30 minutes of tour, description, and demonstration within each city. The order of cities and places for the tour will be sorted out at a later time.

These cities can include the following:

PaxLair City
Dragons Watch
PaxOku
Guardians Gate

We can also demonstrate Vesper Risk for about 20 minutes. We can probably also make a short run to one or more historical shard locations from the old Seer Quest days.

I ask the mayors of our cities within our Statehood and invite the leadership of Guardians Gate to participate and plan their 30 minutes of tour exploration.

Some demonstrations can include things like fighting tournament example, story telling, short quest in a city, some 'bowling', etc. The idea is to demonstrate what we do, describe the importance and lore of our existence in our cities, and show a few houses and notable places.

Offer your ideas here, ask questions, etc. The exact timeline will be sorted out as we approach the event on May 18th. Timing will be within the bounds of 7-10 PM ET though.

Winfield, Governor of PaxLair Statehood

30 minutes of Paxlair? gonna have to talk fast, I guess.

In the interest of shortening time, could have one speech to describe Paxlair. Then a quick walk through twin towers, ladies of the lair and the arena. If time allows, a gate to Orc Fort.

Do you want Gak to do the description of Paxlair City? Can we use UO wedding?

I don't mind Paxlair city being the last city, as I know it will take longer then 30 minutes.

Do vesper risk demo after all the towns? I asked WildStar from Baja to invite a pk guild, H2O, Gak met at the Yew Gate there, to play a bit of Vesper Risk. Even if they are new characters, they can still have a good time. Might have to mention it might be later in the evening for those that aren't interested in a tour of our cities.

Sounds like all good ideas! Could schedule the Vesper Risk at 10 PM ET, which is a normal time for Vesper Risk anyway. That will give 3 hours for entire set of tours, and finish up with some "clomping".

One speech in PaxLair is great idea, then wander around to a few places. Might want to reconn Baja & Pacific Orc Fort in same location as Chesapeake (near PaxLair City) and see if they have one. Not sure they do, but I thought some shards had one built for them in same or similar location. Then have some comparison to talk about too.

UO Wedding is not an approved 3rd party program unfortunately.
