Despite my requests for assistance in the defence of Magincia, I was joined tonight by a disappointingly small band of warriors. Only one other of knightly rank answered the call - Sir Kent of Trinsic. It was made clear that the major forces of the land do not take the problem seriously, as the only other help I was sent was a monk and two elves! Regardless, I had to do what I could with the tools provided to me.

Fortunately we met little resistance at first. Under my leadership the force was able to clear the town itself of dæmons, and we began to push on towards the moongate.

The enemy sustained heavy losses during our assault on the gate, but our numbers proved too few, and the dæmons too numerous. We were nevertheless able to seriously hinder their advance into the city. I call on all members of this conclave, and all those of knightly rank, to come to the Magincia docks this Thursday at Eight in the evening, where the battle shall recommence with even greater fury!
