The Templar Guards

These are the ranks, requirements and descriptions of the Templar Guards.

Templar Recruit
To progress from this rank, Recruits must complete the following:
At lest attend 5 events
Complete 2 tasks
Be strong enough to wear the Temple Guards uniform with ease

Templar Recruits are the juniors of the Guards. Thier main duties are to take up Guard Positions, train and do as ordered. Once they have proven thier worth then they are allowed to progress to a full Templar Guard

Templar Guard
To progress from this rank, Guards must complete the following:
At lest attend 10 events
Complete 5 tasks
Recruit at lest 1 person

Templar Guards are the mainstream Guards of the Temple and its Complex. Charged with protecting the Emissary and priests, the Templar Guards should remain discplined and orderly at all times whilst following and enforcing the Law within the land. It is expected that the Templar Guard should file reports when requested. It should be noted that the Law is the Law regardless of rank, Any Templar Guard can arrest those who break the law (Bar the Emissary) and lock them up in the Temple Cells.

Templar Guard Veteran
To progress from this rank, Templar Guard Veterans must complete the following:
At lest attend 15 events
Complete 10 tasks
Recruit at lest 1 person
Lead 3 patrols around the surrounding area of the Temple

The Veteran Guard should also note that a Guard Corporal vacancy is required to progress to the next rank

The Templar Guard Veteran has seen many battles and his dedication to service is unequalled. Often charged with Junior NCO duties, the Veteran has the respect of his peers and the trust of the Emissary. It is expected that the Veterna Templar Guard to file reports when requested.

Templar Corporal
To progress from this rank, Corporals must complete the following:
At lest attend 20 events
Complete 15 tasks
Recruit at lest 5 people
Lead 10 patrols around the surrounding area of the Temple
Lead the Guards into battle 5 times

The Corporal should also note that a Sergeant vacancy is required to progress to the next rank

There can only ever be a maximum of 2 Templar Guard Corporals at any time.

The Corporals are the Junior NCO's of the Templar Guards, charged with the training and enforcement of discpline within the ranks. Corporals man the Duty Desk and report directly to the Sergeant on Duty or the Captain. Corporals are also expected to lead training missions and to be self sufficant. Filing reports is often delegated to the lower ranks, however it should be expected that a corporal file a report if they lead a mission. As with all NCO's and Officers, going AWOL for a length of time forfits the Rank and the Corporal is busted down to Templar Guard.

Templar Sergeant
To progress from this rank, the Temple Sergeant must complete the following:
At lest attend 60 events
Complete 50 tasks
Recruit at lest 10 people
Lead 25 patrols around the surrounding area of the Temple
Lead the Templars/Scouts into battle 15 times

A Sergeant should also note that the Captaincy should be vacant before progress is possible

There can only ever be a maximum of 1 Temple Sergeant at any time.

The Templar Guard Sergeant is the Senior NCO of the Templars, her job is to enforce the discpline and law to the lower ranks, to make regular reports to the Captain and to inspect the defenses daily. The Sergeant is expected to lead missions and to be self sufficant at all times regardless of events. Regular attendance is manditory for this Rank and those AWOL will be reduced in rank to Templar Guard.

Templar Captain
The Templar Captain is the final authority when it comes to the Discpline and adhereance to the law within the Templars. Sitting on the High Council the Captain has a great say in the running of the Dragoni Templars. The Templar Captain should also present a weekly report of the weeks events to the Emissary and inform her of all occurances. The Captain's job is more office bound than combat, however it is expected that the Captain lead attack forces and defend the Temple as and when required. The Captain should pretty much live the law and set a perfect example to the lower ranks.

As with the other ranks, the Templar Captain MUST attend regularly and lead missions almost daily. Low attendance or AWOL will result in the reduction of rank to Tempalr Guard

There can only ever be a maximum of 1 Temple Captain at any time.
