Templar Guard's Report

I have written a small report on some of the current Templar Guards regarding promotions/demotions. I hope you take this into consideration.

April: Seems to have vanished.. literally.. a demotion to 'Templar Guard'.

Debbie: Not showing great leadership skills.. seems to be wasting a good opportunity.. a demotion to 'Templar Guard'.

Llandrell: Shown good leadership skills, especially I have heard when i'm not around.. Dragoni through and through and a strong warrior.. Promotion to 'Templar Sergeant'.. the perfect replacement to have as my number two.

I agree Captain, Effective immedately, Sergeant April and Corporal Debbie have been demoted to Templar Guards. Templar Guard Landrell will be promoted to Templar Sergeant.

It must be made clear to the Templars that going AWOL will result in the termination of thier NCO or Officer status. We should also be looking at possible candidates for the Junior NCO positions of Corporal.
