1. This is an IC Forum. From now on, I'd like the OOC stuff to stay in the babble thread! If you have an OOC announcement, please mark it [OOC] at the end of the thread title.

2. Where you are invited to give an opinion on something, this isn't an invitation to babble either. However, if you've got something constructive to add, then great!

3. I reserve the right to moderate any thread or post within a thread I deem inappropriate. I don't think I'll need to be strict on this, as most RM members are great at sticking to the IC/On Topic rule, but I'm stating it clearly here so nobody is in any doubt.
