Like a bean bag to sit in? or to squeeze? When my sister was in labor, I bought her a sand bag to squeeze, but she preferred my hand and I used the sand/stress bag lol. I wish there were some drugs for me becuase I was hysterical. John, her BF though was all smiles and was like "look! Look!".

On the morning sickness topic: My wife sipped coca-cola syrup for the nausea. You can usually buy it at pharmacies, and it is basically just the syrup used to make the full-flavor carbonated version, without the bubbles. Pour a small amount over ice chips and sip slowly. (This is not pregnancy-specific, either... works well with the flu, too)

there is a corn syrup formula you can buy for nausea in most Wal-marts. Works great.

And don't forget the lotion!

Lotion, taken care of. I bought a few bottles to last me a long time. Nausea isn't too bad now, I'm keeping track of what makes me sick, and it goes on the list of what I'm not eating again for a while.
