  | Re: Surprise!!! Uggggh. If morning sickness hits bad, get some crackers. When I was pregnant, I had morning sickness so bad I could barely move for the longest time. I'd keep saltine crackers by my bed, and nibble on those and some water before I even sat up. It helped a lot.  We are all broken and wounded in this world. I don't think it helps so much as the actual labor portion (as much as they'll lead you to believe), but it brings more of a closeness between the mommy and daddy to be in the process.
