Recently, the old MERC den has been redesigned into a little taverna. The owners are renting it out to Tammy and i IC, so we are basically running the place now. Its an amazing location, its one of the first houses you see walking west from the trinsic gate.

Its not officially open yet, its still undergoing some design / decorating tweaks. But you can still pop along for a drink hehe. Anyway the eventual plan is that Wch girls will run the place, serving up drinks and whatnot.

The theme of the tavern is ideally going to be a rowdy, low life one. A far cry from a respectable establishment like the rose. Cheap ales, rude waitresses and lots of bar fights are to be expected.

An idea tammy and I are still working on is the tavern serving as a "front" for some more shady buisness dealings. Possible ideas include :-

-shade and other substance dealing
-gambling
-fencing / selling of stolen goods

Also, since the building used to be the old MERC den, you can bet that there will be eyes watching the place. Handy if you have a problem that you want solving with some coin ;)
